Computer
Craze was established in 1993 in the small industrial
town of Sheikhupura.. At that time computer business in
Pakistan was starting to grow up. People in this small
town did not believe that this kind of a venture will be
a success. This was due to the fact that Lahore being the
second biggest city of Pakistan is only 39 Kilometers (1
Hr.) from Sheikhupura. It was true but the fact is that people now prefer to go to some local dealer when they have an urgency and they don't want to waste time and energy just to buy a computer disk or a box of paper. We were sure that this will be successful keeping in mind the growth and potential in the market. The team of dedicated friends Aziz, Rizwan, Rehan, Imran and Zahid put their energies together and proved to be a winning combination. In only a few months people of Sheikhupura and surrounding areas became familiar with this name and it recognized as the only computer sales/service center in this area. In 1997, Rizwan and Zahid departed Computer Craze's management team. Rizwan left the company for some family reasons and Zahid had to move to the United States with the family. He is now working in the overseas branch of the Computer Craze in the US, which deals with the Branded Computers like Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Packard Bell, and Acer. The Computer Craze overseas branch also provides assistance on trade and parts enquiries for industry from around the world on very low rates. This service is being liked by many companies and we are further improving this area of our operations. We thank all those individuals and companies who helped us in hard times and always supported us to reach upto this point, and we are also thankful to God Almighty who has helped us throughout. |
